THERE WAS A SMALL LAUNDRY FIRE IN THE EMPLOYEE RESTROOM. ALL THE FOOD AND ALL SINGLE SERVICE ARTICLES WERE THROWN AWAY THAT WERE IN THE AREA WHERE THE SMOKE WAS PRESENT. OWNER WILL SEND ME AND INVENTORY OF ALL FOOD AND SINGLE SERVICE ARTICLES THAT WERE THROWN AWAY. ALL PIZZA PANS AND DISHES WERE WASHED AND SANITIZED AND PIZZA PREP COOLER WAS ALSO CLEANED AND SANITIZED.
